With psychological and physiological benefits, mindful walking is a way to feel a greater connection to your breath and, literally, to the earth under your feet. 🌍

Note: If you are in a wheelchair, see if you can modify this practice so that you notice each time you engage with the wheels. If you are using a walker or a cane, you can modify this practice to suit your needs as well. The idea is to create a mindful awareness of each micromovement that gets you from one place to another.
